I’m Dr. Kaitlyn Pote. I am so happy that you are here.

I am a Naturopathic physician and the founder of Evergreen Integrated Medicine, a speciality women’s healthcare practice with locations in Burlington, Vermont, and Saratoga Springs, New York.

I believe in educating women about their bodies and their hormones and empowering my patients to make the healthcare choices that are best for them. Using the tools of both natural and conventional medicine, I practice whole-person healthcare, meaning that I take into account the physical, mental, and emotional health of my patients when recommending treatment options. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative relationship with my patients as we work together on their health challenges.

As a Naturopathic physician, I am trained in both conventional medicine, such as pharmaceutical prescribing, and natural medicine, which gives me an extensive toolkit of investigation and treatment options. I frequently utilize clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, nutraceuticals, counseling, and functional lab testing in my practice to help my patients heal. My areas of special clinical interest include hormone-related conditions, gastrointestinal health, fertility, and autoimmune disease. I received my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, where I pursued advanced studies in gynecology and endocrinology, as well additional training in preconception and fertility medicine. My undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
